Product Delivery Request based on QuickBooks Online

Product Delivery Request based on QuickBooks Online is the simple flow the Flowless app can perform to arrange a delivery of products that have been purchased at different locations.

1. The flow starts with creating a Sales Receipt that corresponds with specific Product that in our case contains Firebolt Broomstick wording in it.
2. The second condition is that it must be from one of the cited Locations, so that respective managers will get notifications according to the location where purchase has been made or where product needs to be delivered.
3. Our assigned addressee will receive a message to his e-mail box that can include the following info:

The code words in brackets will be substituted for the relevant information from the sales receipt and customer details that are stored in QuickBooks.
